Wakame down the seashore

Wakame Seaweed Salad with thick Sashimi.

What a day for fresh raw foods.

Rich in Vitamin A&C, calcium, zinc, iodine and iron.

Today I am starting a detox diet until Halloween. Limited alcohol, wine on the weekends. I am going to drink two cups of Yerba Mate a day, and eat fresh raw foods. Also, 1 hour of cardio every other day. Holla! Work Hard. Play Hard.

seaweed therapy

Last night was very rough. I felt like I was caught in an undertow of confusing thoughts and heightened emotions, like the time I was 5 drowning under water, swallowing gulps of ocean water while being scraped by the sand and shells. Slow motion. I cried salty ocean tears. I can be like this sometime. Today, I decided to treat myself to some therapeutic seaweed salad and sashimi. Also, I will join the gym today. One Year membership, a birthday gift to myself. This is the most money I have ever spent on myself, but I deserve it. I will have a perfectly balanced sound mind and body. The guy who is signing me up's last name is Kelp. Whoa. Yoga tonight, the instructor is named Di. She is great.

Do Mermaids Smoke Seaweed?

I can't afford seaweed today.

Maybe She's Born With It, Maybe It's Seaweed

"Nutritional Benefits of Seaweed"

Here is a very informative article from Fuelthemind.com:

What's so good about Seaweed Anway?

"Some beneficial nutrients in seaweed include organic (photo-synthetic) vitamins, trace minerals, lipids, plant sterols, amino acids, omega-3 and omega-6, anti-oxidants, growth hormones, polyphenols, and flavenoids. Seaweed also contains Fucoidan, Laminarin, and Alginate compounds. Studies suggest that these are anti-biotic and anti-viral. Land plants do not contain these photochemicals."

Antibiotic and anti-viral! Seaweed is the new cure-all.

Get that Alginol, supplement.

"What if I told you that one simple nutrient can improve your cholesterol, boost circulation, enhance memory and mental sharpness, and even help you sleep better?"

A good book about the weed:
